Major competency includes designing and development of M&E frameworks & tools including PME, designing-field-based research resource/social surveys, analysis of survey data, computer-based database management system, setup of MIS and M&E systems for development projects and organizations, identifying best practices and lessons learned issues including knowledge management.
Professionally
30 years of multidiscipline career of which 20 years as Technical Assistance (TA) counterparts and 10 years as GoB Sub-professional forest service, worked with development projects funded/sponsored by international donors- IFAD, Danida, World Vision, the European Commission, DFID, CIDA, SIDA, UNDP/FAO; and GoB agencies BWDB, LGED, FD, MoL, MoEF, MoFL, MoA, MoH&FP and MoFDM. I served in the capacities of ME and KM Advisor, M&E Consultant, M&E Manager, National M&E Coordinator, MIS Specialist, MIS Analyst. Worked with 150 NGOs and 300 CBOs in partnership mode.
